Problems such as exceeding the number of progressions or the camera not working that usually occur during verification can be resolved without any problems by changing the device after some time and trying again.
If the issue related to verification is not resolved using the above method, please submit an enquiry to the EBIT support team along with a screenshot of the error to escalate your issue. Verification errors are platform-related and may be difficult for EBIT to resolve directly. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be directed to contact the Outlier support team by clicking the 'Need Help' button on the Outlier dashboard
