Since taskers handle data processing tasks, this is important for security purposes and taskers cannot work on tasks or cannot work on Outlier without completing or passing the personal verification.
It is required as there have been cases of misusing accounts with VPN this is why ID verification is required to use the Outlier. The information is not collected by EBIT or Outlier but is only used to verify the validity of your ID through an external identity vendor.
