If you are having trouble receiving the SMS code, please check the following :
- Make sure that you’re entering the same number that you have registered in your account.and that your phone number isn’t linked to another Outlier account.
- Ensure you have sufficient credit and a strong cell signal.
- Switch your phone to airplane mode for a few seconds, then turn it on. This can help refresh your connection.
- Check that your phone's settings or any apps aren’t blocking SMS notifications.
- Delays with phone carriers can sometimes affect SMS delivery. If you don’t receive the
- Code right away, wait for an hour and try again.
- If that doesn’t help, check with your carrier to confirm your number isn’t blocked from receiving overseas SMS messages.
- If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, wait 24 hours for our database to refresh, then try again.
Note! If the problem continues after 24 hours, please submit a support request to EBIT support and provide us the registered mobile number so we can check it and assist you further.
