How do I escalate EQ issues lasting more than 3 days?

If you experience EQ for more than 3 days, 

1. Please complete the task request survey form to help assign a suitable project. 

2. Inquire about the current task assignment status with the project manager via the Discourse  or Submit submit an inquiry to the EBIT support team regarding this issue.
