If an error message saying ID/PW does not exist appears. Here’s what you need to do:
- Access the Outlier page using Chrome on your desktop.
- When copying/pasting the ID/PW in the onboarding email, please make sure there are no spaces before or after the ID/PW. If possible, please log in by typing it in directly instead of copying/pasting.
- If the error persists, try to delete your Internet cache history then try again.
- If you still get an error even after trying all of the above methods, please contact EBIT with a screenshot.
Note! If you are directed to an account creation page instead of the Outlier login page. Please delete your Chrome Internet cache history, access Outlier, and try logging in again.
