I want to change my Outlier account password.

You can reset your Outlier account password through the reset password button on the Outlier login page. 

To change your password :

1. Go to https://outlier.ai. 
2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’
3. Enter your @outlier.ai account assigned.
4. You will receive an email from Outlier with a link to reset your password. This email will be sent to the secondary / personal email linked to your assigned Outlier account.
5. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
6. Once you have reset your password, you will be able to log in to Outlier with your new password.

To login again, please make sure you use the @outlier.ai account assigned to you and the new password you just created.

Note!

Usually, the Reset Link is sent immediately, but sometimes it may take some time. If you do not receive the Reset Link, please be sure to check the spam folder in your secondary email.

The reset link email is occasionally classified as spam. Please be sure to check your secondary email's spam folder.
