There is no set deadline for completing the onboarding; however, please complete the onboarding within 2 weeks after receiving the onboarding email. If you do not log in within a certain period after receiving the mail, the account provided by EBIT will be classified as inactive, and onboarding may no longer be possible. In case your account has already been inactivated please contact support.
